If someone were to ask me “What is the purpose of the store?” I would have to say that my goal is to bring simplicity and balance into the physical, emotional and spiritual life of each of my customers. 

We need to get “back to basics” to live more as our grandparents and great-grandparents lived. They worked hard (exercise), ate from their land (whole, nutritious foods) and put God first bringing the whole family together as one with love and respect for one another. 

      

Whole Body Health is a health food and Christian gift store. We try to balance the lives of our customers by offering natural, whole and organic foods, specialty foods, bulk herbs and spices, and herbal teas. We have gentle and natural beauty aids for hair, skin, teeth and aromatherapy for medicinal purposes. We also have a large line of herbs, vitamins, minerals, supplements and homeopathic combinations. To complete the balance, we offer Christian Gifts and Cards. 

Whole Body Health opened its doors on August 18, 1994. We are located at the 4-way stop at Red Bud in a restored 1890 historic building. The original hardwood floors, tall ceiling and handmade wooden shelving, along with the aromatic blend of herbs, spices and herbal tea brewing are what welcome you as you walk through our door.
